The title of Kamal Haasan's upcoming film with director Lokesh Kanagaraj which is also his 232nd film has been revealed to be Vikram. A title reveal teaser was unveiled as announced earlier marking the occasion of Kamal Haasan's 66th birthday today.

To the unknown Kamal Haasan in 1986 had acted in a movie of the same name, based on the novel 'Vikram' by late writer Sujatha. The 1986 movie was about a widowed cop chasing tracking a group of militants and a looming missile attack.

Touted to be a neo-noir action thriller, Vikram is a a production venture of Raaj Kamal Films International and has music by Anirudh.
