Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal (KKK) which hit the screens on Friday (Feb 28) has gradually picked up momentum at the box office after a slow start. The film has received excellent reviews from the critics and audience alike. The strong positive word-of-mouth has helped to draw audience to the theatres. The romantic con thriller has grossed Rs. 16 lakhs on Day 5 in Chennai, taking its total to Rs. 1.13 cr. 

KKK is Dulquer Salmaan's fourth film to have crossed Rs. 1 cr mark in Chennai city after OK Kanmani, Vaayai Moodi Pesavum and Mahanati.  The actor has a huge fan base, especially in Tamil Nadu, with his Malayalam films also performing pretty well in the state. Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal marks Dulquer Salmaan's 25th film as well.
