Darbar directed by AR Murugadoss which hit the screens on January 9 had a fantastic opening weekend at the Box Office worldwide. Lyca Productions officially announced that the film has collected Rs. 150 cr worldwide. The film starring Rajinikanth, Nayanthara and Nivedha Thomas in the lead roles opened to positive reviews and has turned out to be a money spinner at the Box Office.

Rajinikanth's film has been raking in the moolah despite tough competition from other language films like Sarileru Neekevvaru, Ala Vaikunthapuramuloo, Tanhaji: The unsung warrior and Chhapaak which hit the screens around the same time.

TN - Rs. 66 cr

Karnataka – Rs. 12 cr

AP – Rs. 13.5 cr
