A while ago, actor Suriya had revealed that the teaser of his upcoming film Soorarai Pottru will be unveiled for Pongal, 2020 i.e. in the month of January. Confirming the same, composer G.V. Prakash has given an additional update that the teaser will come with the maara theme music, which he has composed for the film.

Soorarai Pottru directed by Sudha Kongara, is based on the life of Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath and is expected to hit the screens in Summer 2020. The film is produced by 2D Entertainment and Shikya Entertainment with Shakthi Film Factory holding the Tamil Nadu distribution rights.
