The shooting of Vikram's upcoming film 'Chiyaan Vikram 58' (tentative title) has been progressing at a brisk pace. The team is currently shooting the second schedule of the film in Kerala. The second schedule will last for a week. Director KS Ravikumar is the latest addition to the cast of the film. According to reports, RaviKumar plays an integral role in the film and has already shot for a couple of days for his role. 

Vikram 58 / Chiyaan 58 is directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu of 'Imaikka Nodigal' fame. Popular cricketers Irfan Pathan is making his acting debut as a stylish villain with this film and has already completed a schedule. The film funded by Seven Screen Studio has music by AR Rahman. Touted to be a suspense action thriller, KGF actress Srinidhi Shetty is playing the female lead. The film is being made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
