P.S. Mithran directed Hero is one of Sivakarthikeyan's upcoming movies and the film which has had two poster releases so far, had its teaser release date announcement today. Producers KJR Studios confirmed that Hero will have its teaser release tomorrow i.e. October 24, 2019 at 11. 03 AM. 

The posters of Hero had caused curiosity around Sivakarthikeyan's role in the film, which seemed to be between a vigilante and a super-hero going by his revealed looks. Tamil movie enthusiasts were of the opinion that it bore semblance to Vijay in Velayudham and Jiiva in Mugamoodi. 

Hero also stars Kalyani Priyadarshan, Arjun, Bollywood actor Abhay Deol among others and and has Yuvan Shankar Raja for music.
