Kamal Haasan stunned the audiences of Tamil cinema when he appeared with a new look on Bigg Boss Tamil, indicating that he had begun shooting for his resuscitated film Indian 2. It is also being said that the film's crew is closely monitoring the actor's new look for the film, especially since it seemed to have proved troublesome last time. 

While on one hand, fans of the actor were rejoicing at the film progressing at a brisk pace, they also had a reason to be dejected, for a story-line claiming to be that of Indian 2's had found its way online. Though the sources remain unknown, it is being claimed that in the movie, actor Siddharth plays a YouTuber who exposes corrupt politicians through his channel and after watching his videos, the vigilante 'Senapathy' aka Kamal Haasan comes out from his exile. 

Rakul Preet Singh apparently plays Siddharth's wife and Priya Bhavani Shankar a journalist. It is worth mentioning here that scenes involving Rakul Preet, Siddharth and Priya Bhavani Shankar were recently shot at Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh as a part of the ongoing schedule of Indian 2.
