Actor Sivakarthikeyan’s upcoming film directed by Pandiraj and produced by Sun Picture has been titled as Namma Veettu Pillai. The official first look of the film has been revealed today. Initially, the makers had zeroed in the title of MGR’s yesteryear classic entertainer ‘Enga Veettu Pillai’. However, they weren’t able to get the title from the makers of this film, which would have made them choose this one. 

Touted to be a family entertainer in the rural backdrops, the film has Sivakarthikeyan and Anu Emmanuel in lead roles with Aishwarya Rajesh playing the former’s sister. Bharathiraja, Samuthirakani, RK Suresh, Vela Ramamoorthy, Soori, Yogi Babu, Natty aka Nataraj Subramaniam and few more familiar actors are a part of this star-cast. Nirav Shah is handling cinematography for this film and D Imman is composing music.
