Director Suseenthiran’s Kennedy Club release has been postponed to August 22 due to some reasons. The film was initially supposed to hit screens on August 15 for the occasion of Independence Day. Based on real life incidents, the film centers on a coach’s strong efforts to nurture his team women Kabbadi club win a tournament breaking all odds.

While Sasikumar and Bharathiraja will be seen in lead roles, others in the star-cast includes Samuthirakani, Soori, Meenakshi, Neethu, Gayathri, Soumya, Soundarya and Smriti playing important roles. D Imman has composed music for this film and cinematography is handled by R.B. Gurudev with Anthony as editor. Thai Saravanan is producing this film for Nallusamy Pictures.
