Actress Kajal Aggarwal will be seen only by the second half in Jayam Ravi’s Comali, which is scheduled for release on August 15. Directed by debut filmmaker Pradeep Ranganathan, the film’s trailer was released yesterday (August 3) and in a short span of time has scaled 2Million views. During the film’s press meet that was recently held, director Pradeep Ranganathan revealed that Kajal Aggarwal will be appearing only by the second half. 

He said, “I am really thankful to Kajal Aggarwal madam for accepting this offer. I was quite doubtful when I approached her and said that she will appear only by post-intermission… She responded saying, “Pradeep, I want to be a part of good films and Comali is one such film.”  Although, she appears by second hour, her character will push the story to next level.” 

Comali is about a youngster, who is back in his sense after being in coma for 20 years. Ishari K Ganesh is producing this film for Vels Film International, which has Samyuktha Hegde, Yogi Babu, KS Ravikumar and many more familiar actors. Hiphop Aadhi is composing music for this film, which has cinematography handled by Richard M Nathan.
