Actor Suriya’s Soorarai Pottru has now reportedly kick-started its new schedule, which is expected to extend for a phase of 30 days.  The film went on floors before couple of months soon after the release of Suriya’s previous release NGK. Apparently, he took a brief break for the sake of completing a song shoot for KV Anand’s Kaappaan following which few portions were filmed.

Now with Bollywood’s most celebrated Paresh Rawal joining the sets, the present schedule will be wrapped up in a month time. Directed by Sudha Kongara of ‘Irudhi Suttru’ fame, the film has Aparna Balamurali in female lead with GV Prakash composing the music.  The film is produced by Suriya for 2D Entertainment and is co-produced by Guneet Monga.
