Vikram’s Kadaram Kondan released on July 19 has completed its 10 days of theatrical run in Tamil Nadu grossing Rs. 18.1 Cr approximately with Rs. 2.43 Cr in Chennai alone. This can be regarded as a pretty decent one for Vikram in the recent times. The film had its reach eventually after the early shows on the first day through positive word of mouth publicity.

Although, the film was initially expected to have more takers in multiplexes turned well with the single screens as well. The film starring Chiyaan Vikram, Akshara Haasan and Abhi Hassan in lead roles was released along with The Lion King.
