Suriya - Selvaraghavan's NGK which released on May 31 opens to mixed reviews from both audience and critics. The film on its opening day has performed very well in Tamil Nadu with a gross collection of Rs. 10.02 Cr, however the consecutive days did not help much for the films Box Office pull.

The film in its opening weekend had grossed Rs. 22 Cr in Tamil Nadu. In Andhra/Telangana (Considered as Suriya's strong market after TamilNadu) the film has managed to gross Rs. 6 Cr only. The overall domestic gross of NGK stands at Rs. 32 Cr.
