Kaithi, actor Karthi's upcoming film with Dream Warrior Pictures and Vivekananda Pictures has wrapped shooting, say recent reports. The premise of the movie which is touted to be a prison-break drama, is said to take place within a period of four hours and is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.

With no female lead, the film also stars actor Naren in an important role and its technical crew includes Sam CS for music, Sathyan Sooryan for cinematography and Anbariv for the stunts. Kaithi is expected to release in July, 2019 though a release date has not been officially announced.
