Following his directorial debut Maayavan, acclaimed producer C.V. Kumar announced Gangs of Madras,  his second film as director last year and now the teaser of the film has been released.

The video shows Sai Priyanka Ruth, who plays the lead and a female gangster in the movie nailing her role and it also comes with the tagline'The Axe forgets but the tree remembers'.

Gangs of Madras also stars Ashok, Daniel Balaji, Velu Prabhakaran, Naren and Bagavathy Perumal among others with Karthik K Thillai for cinematography, Hari Dafusia for music and Radhakrishnan Dhanapalan for the edits.

The movie is produced by C.V. Kumar's banner Thirukumaran Entertainment.
