For a while now, it has been known that actor Ajith, after his current project Viswasam will be seen teaming up with Saturanga Vettai, Theeran Adigaram Ondru director H Vinoth for the Tamil remake of a Bollywood film titled Pink.

A recent update on the film suggests that the project may have officially kick-started with a pooja and this development has spread on twitter like wildfire. A formal announcement though has not been made as yet.

Another new update on Ajith 59 is that cinematographer Nirav Shah has been roped in, while this too awaits to be officially announced.

As reported earlier, Ajith's court-room drama is expected to go on floors by January, 2019 with Yuvan Shankar Raja for music and will be produced by Bollywood producer and late Sridevi's husband Boney Kapoor.
