For a while now, it has been known that actor Ajith, after his current project Viswasam will be seen teaming up with Saturanga Vettai, Theeran Adigaram Ondru director H Vinoth for the Tamil remake of  a Bollywood film titled Pink. Recently a twitter account that seemed to be that of the director's tweeted out that the movie is not a remake of Pink and it spread like wildfire on twitter. 

However, the twitter id has now been busted to be a fake one for H. Vinoth himself has come forward and stated that he has 'disassociated himself' from social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. He further stated, "Any updates on my upcoming projects will be revealed by the respective production houses and the concerned department."

Ajith 59 is expected to go on floors by January, 2019 with George C Williams for camera and Yuvan Shankar Raja for music. The film will be produced by Bollywood producer and late Sridevi's husband Boney Kapoor.
