Maari 2 Character Poster: Sai Pallavi as auto driver 'Araathu Aanandhi'!

 

Earlier today, Maari 2 director Balaji Mohan annouunced that character posters of his film will be unveiled one by one starting today and at 6 PM this evening, actress Sai Pallavi's character was revealed to be that of an auto driver in the movie. Her character goes by the name 'Araathu Aanandhi' and she could be seen sporting a Rajini, Dhanush style 'rudraksh' around her neck.


Maari 2 is a sequel to Dhanush's 3 old film in which he played a local thug with an affinity for pigeons. The sequel has Sai Pallavi as heroine, Tovino Thomas as the villain and also stars Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Krishna and Robo Shankar among others. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music of this movie.
