Vijay's upcoming movie Sarkar had its teaser release today and at 1 minute and 36 seconds long, it is the lengthiest teaser released for the actor in the past few years. Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, the film is gearing up for a Diwali release on November 6, 2018 in both Tamil and Telugu languages.

Sarkar also starrs Keerthy Suresh and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in lead roles and has A.R. Rahman for music. The movie is produced by Sun Pictures.
