The much-awaited audio of Sarkar was launched at a grand event held at Sairam Engineering College, Chennai yesterday. The album has 5 tracks and the lyric video of all the songs are out. A.R. Rahman has scored the music. Two songs Simtaangaran and Oru Viral Puratchi were already released by the makers. 

Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, the film also starrs Keerthy Suresh and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar among others and is touted to be a political drama. Produced by Sun Pictures, the movie is gearing up for Diwali release.
