Director Selvaraghavan is currently busy filming NGK. The director who is bowled over by Suriya's performance and dedication wishes to work with him again. He posted a tweet on his Twitter page expressing his contentment and desire to work with Suriya again.

The shooting of NGK was halted temporarily due to Selvaraghavan's ill-health. The film shooting has resumed and is progressing at a brisk pace. Due to this unexpected halt, the team is lagging behind the schedule and there were reports that the film will not release for Diwali. However the team is working hard to complete the film on time to join the Diwali race. If all goes well, there is a possibility of NGK hitting the screens for Diwali! We need to wait for an official word from the makers on the film release plan.
