Actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar's upcominng film Echarikkai which is directed by Sarjun (best identified as the director of short films like Laksmi and Maa) has had an official release date announcement and the film will now be hitting theatre screens on August 24, 2018.
Touted to be a kidnap thriller, the movie also has Sathyaraj playing the role of a retired cop. The film is produced by Time Line Cinemas in association with Sundar Annamalai Production and has music by Sundaramurthy K.S, cinematography by Sudarshan Sreenivaasan and edits by Jogesh. The movie will be presented by ClapBoard Productions.
