Boomerang touted to be an action thriller is directed by R. Kannan of 'Ivan Thanthiran' fame. Atharvaa Murali and Megha Akash play the lead roles. The audio and trailer of the film is set to be launched tomorrow (August 3) in Sathyam Cinemas at 9 am. Mani Ratnam will be the chief guest for the event and will be unveiling the trailer of the film. 

Indhuja Ravichandran of 'Meyaadha Maan' fame plays a pivotal role. RJ Balaji, Suhashini, Satish, Manobala, Ravi Maria are also part of the cast. Upen Patel of 'I' fame plays the villain. Music composer Radhan of 'Arjun Reddy' fame is scoring the music. The film is produced by R. Kannan.
