The shooting of Dhanush's Maari 2 is progressing at a brisk pace. The team has brought Prabhu Deva on board to choreograph a song that will be picturised on the lead pair Dhanush and Sai Pallavi. Dhanush and Director Balaji Mohan couldn't contain their excitement on working with Prabhu Deva for their film.

Directed by Balaji Mohan, Maari 2 is the sequel to the hit masala venture Maari, which released in 2015. The sequel has Sai Pallavi, Tovino Thomas, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar and Robo Shankar as part of the cast. Music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Maari 2 is produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films.
