The National award winning director Ram's upcoming movie Peranbu, which has been long in the making seems to be finally gearing up to hit theatre screens. The first look promo of Peranbu was unveiled yesterday by director Ram on his Twitter page.
The movie has been showcased at several International film festivals and has received many accolades. The audio of the film is set to be launched on 15th July in Kalaivanar Arangam. Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the music. The film traces the life of a doting father and the bond he shares with his differently-abled daughter.
Produced by P.L. Thenappan under Shree Raja Lakshmi Films, Peranbu (Resurrection in English) has Mammootty playing the lead, and also features Anjali, Samuthirakani, Livingston, Vadivukkarasi, Aruldoss among others in important roles. The technical crew of this film includes Yuvan Shankar Raja for music, Theni Easwar for cinematography and Surya Pradhaman for the edits.
