Ghajinikanth starring Arya and Sayyeshaa in the lead roles is directed by Santhosh P. Jayakumar of 'Hara Hara MahaDevaki' fame. The film is set to hit the screens on July 27, 2018. Arya shared the poster confirming the release date on his Twitter page.

The film has been censored with a clean 'U' certificate. Interestingly director Santhosh P. Jayakumar's last two outings 'Hara Hara MahaDevaki' and 'Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuthu' were 'A' certified films. This time the director has come up with a clean family entertainer unlike his previous films

The film is a remake of Telugu film 'Bhale Bhale Magadivoy'. Karunakaran, Sathish, Kaali Venkat and Sampath Raj play supporting cast. Music is composed by Balamurali Balu and cinematography by Ballu. Ghajinikanth is produced by Studio Green.
