Superstar Rajinkanth's Kaala hit the screens worldwide on June 7. The film is doing good business at the overseas market especially in USA and Australia. The film has entered the Top 5 league of highest grossing Indian films in Australia. It has secured the second position at the Australian Box Office after Padmaavat. Trade Analyst Taran Adarash shared the box office figures of the film in Australia on his Twitter handle.

The positive word of mouth seems to be boosting the film's business at the Box Office. In Chennai, the film has collected over Rs 6.64 crore in four days. In addition, the film is going strong in the USA and has collected overs $1 million.

The political-drama directed by Pa. Ranjith also stars Huma Qureshi, Nana Patekar, Anjali Patil and Eswari Rao in pivotal roles.
