After several postponements, the makers have finally locked a release date for Bhaskar Oru Rascal. The film is set to hit the screens on May 17.

The film which was slated for release on May 11, got postponed at the last minute despite strong advance booking. The lead actor Arvind Swami expressed his disappointment on the maker's decision to postpone the film. The film will now hit the screens on May 17. 

Bhaskar Oru Rascal, written and directed by Siddique, is a remake of his own Malayalam film Bhaskar the Rascal which hit the screens in 2015. The film features Arvind Swamy and Amala Paul in the lead roles, while Baby Nainika, Soori and Robo Sankar play supporting roles. Amresh Ganesh scores the music. Baskar Oru Rascal is produced by Harshini Movies.
