Udhayanidhi Stalin has acquired the release rights of 'Oru Kuppai Kathai' and will be releasing it under his Red Giant Movies banner. The audio and trailer of the film is set to be launched on May 16. Music by Joshua Sreedhar.

 Noted choreographer Dinesh turns hero with the film, Oru Kuppai Kathai, which is based on a real-life incident. Directed by debutant Kaali Rangasami, Manisha Yadhav plays the female lead. The film is produced by director Aslam.
