Regina Cassandra is one of the most happening actresses down south. She has playing the one of the female leads in Mr. Chandramouli. Regina has dubbed her voice in Tamil for the first time in this movie. 

Mr. Chandramouli is directed by Thiru and has music by Sam CS. The film features the father-son duo, actors Karthik and Gautham Karthik who are sharing the screen space together for the first time. Chandramouli also starrs Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Sathish among others.
