Mr. Chandramouli starring Karthik, Gautham Karthik, Regina Cassandra and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in the lead roles is directed by Thiru. The talkie portions of the film has been wrapped in a span of 40 days. A vintage car has a key role in the film and the film's story revolves around it. The songs are left to be shot. The team has planned to shoot the songs in Thailand. 

The film marks the first time collaboration of father-son duo Karthik and Gautham Karthik on screen. Mr. Chandramouli is slated for release on April 27, 2018.
