Exclusive:Santhanam in a sequel to Mersal Producer's Film!

Back in 2016, comedian turned lead Santhanam and producers of Vijay starrer Mersal, Sri Thenandal Films had collaborated on a slapstick-horror comedy titled Dhilluku Dhuddu. Now, Santhanam is all set to star in a sequel to this film but he will be producing it on his own under his banner Hand Made Films. Director Ram Bala who had helmed the prequel will be handling Dhilluku Dhuddu 2 as well. When we contacted the director on the same, he confirmed the news saying,
 
"Yes its true. We will begin shooting from the 19th of this month (February 19, 2018). We haven't finalized a heroine yet. We are coming back with the same technical team."

It is to be noted here that Dhilluku Dhuddu had Thaman for music and Karthik Raja for background score, Deepak Kumar Pathy for cinematography and Gopi Krishna for the edits. How many of these will be returning, will be confirmed once an official announcement is out.
