Vijay, Mersal get nominated at National Film Awards UK, 2018!
Actor Vijay had a triple role on his last year's release Mersal where he played the role of a father and his two sons in it. The film went on to become a box-office phenomenon and now, as a feather to its hat, both Vijay and the film Mersal have received nominations from the National Film Awards of United Kingdom, Vijay has been nominated under their supporting actor category and the film Mersal has been nominated under their Best Foreign Language film category. It is worth mentioning here that Vijay and Mersal are the only entrants from Indian in this year's nominations of this prestigious International awards.
