Vijay starrer Adirindhi has hit theatre screens in Andhra Pradesh and Telengana and apart from the Rs. 225 crores it collected at the Tamil box- office, here are some reasons that makes the film a must watch 


  • The movie addresses a pertinent issue of corruption in the medical industry. Despite receiving flak from the doctors' community in Tamil Nadu, the fact  the the movie went on to do so well and has released for round 2 is proof enough of the concept's acceptance. 
  • The lead actor Vijay, for the first time in his career has donned a triple role (He plays a doctor, Village Panchayat and a magician). So a triple treat awaits those who enjoy his on-screen presence. 
  • The visuals of the film and the sequences involving his magician's character have been raved as something to look out for, by those who've watched the film in Tamil. 
  • Adirindhi has music by everyone's favourite A.R. Rahman. To watch his compositions on screen would definitely be something to look out for as well. 
  • The original film sure garnered a lot of attention in the media owing to certain depictions and dialogues. The film being a winner despite the attention makes it a must-watch this weekend.

 

Adirindhi is directed by Atlee of Raja Rani fame and has Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha and Nithya Menon playing female leads. Produced by Sri Thenandal Films, the film has been presented by North Star Entertainment.
