Shooting updates on G.V Prakash-Jyothika starrer Naachiyaar

Director Bala's upcoming movie with Jyothika and GV Prakash began shooting in March and has been progressing at a steady pace without making much noise. Titled Naachiyaar, the film has completed 75 percent of its shooting and is expected to wrap by July 20, 2017. Touted to be a thriller, the movie has Jyothika playing the role of a cop and producer turned actor Rockline Venkatesh play her subordinate. Naachiyaar will see GV Prakash donning a grey role for the first time in his acting career. 

Produced by the director's home banner BStudios in association with EON Studios, the film has Ilayaraja for the music, Eshwar for cinematography ans Sathish Surya for the edits. With CS Balachander is taking care of the production design, Naachiyaar is expected to hit theatre screens in September, 2017 along with AR Murugadoss's Spyder.
