Actor Vimal who shot to fame with Pasanga & Kalavaani has been appreciated for his kind act recently. His film Vaaghai sooda vaa was released 2 weeks back got very good critical acclaim & was in discussion among the film goers. Sadly the film did not get the desired results at the box office , the film could not last with good occupancy after the 1st week.

The news reached the actor through his sources that the film will have to suffer losses for the buyers & exhibitors. Vimal had already worked with the director for his earlier sleeper hit film Kalavaani which made great profits at the box office last year.

He immediately signed 2 films for which he was paid his advance & he refunded his entire salary which he changes for a particular project to compensate the losses suffered by the producer of Vaaghai sooda vaa. This very kind gesture needs appreciation where these days others generally do not give their full pay to avoid their producer ending up bankrupt.
