A scene released from Kaatru Veliyidai 

An official sneak peek from director Mani Ratnam's upcoming movie Kaatru Veliyidai, has been released for the viewers. The movie is all set to hit theatre screens on April 7, 2017 and is touted to be a romantic drama. Certified with a U by the CBFC, the movie is Mani Ratnam's first to get an exemption on the entertainment tax within the state. The film features Karthi (Officer VC), Aditi Rao Hydari (Dr. Leela), Shraddha Srinath (Girija Kapoor), RJ Balaji (Illyas Hussain), KPAC Lalitha (Achamma) among others. With music by AR Rahman, Kaatru Veliyidai has been produced by Madras Talkies and will be released by Sri Thenandal Films.
