Simbu to do Billa remake in 2018?

Actor STR, in a recent interaction with fans via Periscope, has revealed that he has plans to do Billa remake in 2018. It is well-known that earlier Amitabh Bachchan's Don was remade as Billa in Tamil with Superstar Rajinikanth and Ajith in 1980 and 2007 respectively. STR might be the third actor to act as Billa in 2018, if everything goes as planned.

Director Venkat Prabhu and music director Yuvan Shankar raja are likely to be part of this project. Both the director and actor have hinted about this project in their Twitter conversation.
