FIR Report - OK OK Audience Response is Super Super

The question in everybody's mind is whether Director Rajesh and Santhanam pull off a hattrick with OKOK. The answer seems to be a resounding "YES"! The FDFS audience are claiming that the movie is as good or even better than SMS and BeB. First of all, congrats to the team for meeting the high expectations. 

Santhanam is the man of the hour and riding a high. Santhanam has got more screen space compared to his previous movies and the people are not complaining. Santhanam is the real show-stealer with every scene bringing the house down. 

Story is nothing new or different compared to SMS and BeB. It is the same old story line and Rajesh appears to have essentially remade the same storyline all over again. It doesn't matter since Rajesh's witty one-liners are the biggest plus point in the movie and makes up for the predictable-ness in the routine scenes. Critics have always complained about SMS and BeB for lack of substance. After seeing the director's confidence of delivering a no substance movie for the third time and still making it a hit, critics are expected to adjust their expectations and expected to be kind this time. Rajesh should be appreciated for his confidence and hitting mute button on critics. Congrats Rajesh!

Udhay Stalin has intelligently picked a role knowing his strengths and weaknesses. He has strategically launched himself in a debut venture with a reliable crutch in the form of Santhanam. People have appreciated Udhay for not trying too hard to become a mass hero overnight. Impressive debut.

Hansika is in her usual bubbly role has done her job well. Usually, parent characters in Director Rajesh's movie have an important role in his movie (Urvashi in SMS, Nayanthara's father in BeB). Similarly, talented Saranya as hero's mom has provided the right level of support and evokes laughter with her comic timing. The cameo appearances of Arya, Sneha and Andrea are also well received.

Bottomline: OK OK is Sema Sema. Sure Shot Hit. Go Check it out!
