Karthi's girl speaks about Madras

Catherine Tresa, Karthi's girl in Madras spoke about her character in the movie.  She portrays a  character named Kalaiarasi a north Madras girl who is simple and assertive. She attended a workshop along with Karthi  for getting a perfect Chennai Dialect and body language.  The actress feel that the movie has more scope to explore her acting potentials.

She also does another film titled Kanithan with Atharva Murali which is totally different movie when compared to Madras. Also she features in a Telugu-Tamil Bilingual period film 'Rudhramadevi' as princess Anamika Devi.
