Dhanush Velai Illa Pattathari and Siva Karthikeyan Taana sold

The distribution rights of Dhanush's Velai Illa Pattathari and Siva Karthikeyan's Taana has been sold. Madhan of Escape Artist Motion Pictures has acquired the TN theatrical rights of both the films. Both Velai Illa Pattathari and Taana are produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films.

Velai Illa Pattathari starring Dhanush and Amala Paul in the lead roles is directed by cinematographer turned director Velraj. The film shooting is in its final stages. Music by Anirudh. 

Taana starring Siva Karthikeyan and Sridivya is directed by Durai Senthilkumar of Ethir Neechal fame. The film shooting is currently in progress. Music by Anirudh.

The production house Escape Artists Motion Pictures has earlier produced movies like Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga, Varutha Padatha Valibar Sangam and Maan Karate.
