Ravi K Chandran to direct a Hindi film after Yaan

Yaan marks the directorial debut of cinematorgrapher Ravi K Chandran. Jiiva and Thulasi Nair play the lead roles in Yaan. The film shooting is in the verge of completion. 

After wrapping Yaan, Ravi K Chandran is set to direct a Hindi film next. The film will be a remake of French thriller Point Blank. Sunir Kheterpal of Azure Entertainment has acquired the remake rights of the 2010 French thriller, Point Blank which was directed by Fred Cavaye. 

The team is currently working on the script. The film's script will be tweaked to suit the Indian audience without altering the core theme. The makers are also planning to do a Tamil version of this remake which will show a different perspective on the same story. Manush Nandan, who is currently filming SRK's Happy New Year, will be cranking the camera. The cast and crew is yet to be finalised. The film will go on floors in 2015.
