Billa 2 Timeline Update

Ajith’s Billa 2 is progressing in full swing is almost nearing completion. The crew returned after completing its hectic schedule in Georgia. With almost 93 days of shoot done, pending shots are touted to be wrapped up in another 5 days. The timeline for Billa 2 shows that this will be a solo release and will not clash with Maattrraan or Viswaroopam.

• Trailer Release - February 2012
• Audio Release  - March 2012
• Movie Release - April 2012

Chakri Toleti has been editing the movie simultaneously while shooting. So, a lot of the post production work for the movie is already in progress. It is amazing to note that entire shoot is expected to complete under 100 days. This is a record for a big budget movie like Billa 2. To put things in perspective, a few movies like Paruthiveeran, Kandasamy, and Aayirathil Oruvan have taken more than 200 days of shooting.
