It's Yuvan for Karthi again?

Karthi is done with his upcoming film Madras directed by Pa. Ranjith of Attakathi fame. The 'Paiyaa' actor is all set to begin work on his next film tentatively titled Komban to be directed by Muthiah of 'Kuttipuli' fame. While Laksmi Menon will be playing the female lead opposite Karthi, Raj Kiran has been roped in for a pivotal role. 

Buzz is that Yuvan will be scoring the music for this project. This will be his fifth project with Karthi after Paruthiveeran, Paiyaa, Naan Mahan Alla and Biriyani. Interestingly Yuvan will also be scoring the music for Karthi's next film Yenni Ezhu Naal to be directed by Lingusamy.

Komban is a village based film set in the backdrop of Ramanathapuram. Karthi will be sporting a rustic look like his debut venture Paruthiveeran. The film will goes on floors in mid-June. Velraj will be handling the camera. An official announcement regarding the project is expected soon.
