Naan Sigappu Manithan goes to revising committee

Naan Sigappu Manithan (NSM) starring Vishal and Lakshmi Menon in the lead roles is directed by Thiru. It is slated for release on April 11. The film has been censored with an U/A certificate.

The film has been awarded an U/A certificate because of the lip lock scene in the film featuring the lead pair Vishal and Lakshmi Menon. The Censor Board has insisted on removing the scene in order to get an U certificate.  

The makers are not happy with U/A certificate awarded to the film. They are keen on getting a U certificate so that the film can get entertainment tax exemption. The makers have now decided to approach the Revising Committee to get an 'U' certificate.

The film revolves around a man who is suffering from a neurological sleep disorder, narcolepsy. Music by GV Prakash. It is produced by Vishal and UTV Motion Pictures.
