That Vishal will be teaming up with director for his next project is a known news. The film has been titled 'Poojai'. Shruthi Haasan plays the female lead. Yuvan Shankar Raja is scoring the musc. Poojai will be produced by Vishal's home banner Vishal Film Factory.

Vishal, Hari and Yuvan combo who had earlier worked together in Thamirabarani are coming together once again for this project. Yuvan has already started recording the songs for Poojai.

This is the first time Shruthi Haasan is pairing with Vishal. Sathyaraj plays a pivotal role of a cop. Soori will provide the comic relief. The film will also have a huge star cast which is typical of all Hari films. Radhika Sarath Kumar, Mukesh Tiwari, Jaya Prakash, Sithara, Kausalya, Aishwarya are part of the cast.

The technical crew includes Priyan (cinematographer), Kannal Kannan (Stunt director), Kathir (Art Director), Na. Muthukumar (Lyrics), VT Vijayan & TS Jai (Editing). 

The film will start rolling in Coimbatore next month. Poojai is said to be an triangular action story. Vishal's Naan Sigappu Manithan is set to hit the screens on April 11. The shooting of Poojai will commence after NSM release.
