Bala chooses Shriya for his next

Director Bala is all set to begin work on his next film after Paradesi. The film will based on the popular folk dance Karagattam. Sasikumar will play the lead role and Ilayaraja will score the music. 

According to sources, Shriya Saran has been roped in to play the leading lady. It has been quite a while since Shriya has been seen in the Kollywood radar. Eminent Director Bala is well known for channelling the strong essence of characters in his movies. The female leads in his films have very strong characters. Bala's movie will be the perfect platform for Shriya to showcase her acting skills.
