Acclaimed filmmaker Ram, known for his emotionally stirring works such as Peranbu and Kattradhu Thamizh, is all set to surprise audiences with a refreshing genre shift in his upcoming film ‘Parandhu Po’. The film is officially slated for a theatrical release on July 4, 2025, and marks a notable return for the director with a musical comedy that promises heart and humor in equal measure.

A Soulful Road Trip with a Musical Touch

Titled ‘Parandhu Po’ (internationally titled ‘Fly Away’), the film tells the poignant yet light-hearted story of a financially struggling father and his spirited schoolboy son. As they embark on a road trip to escape the noise of city life, the duo encounters kind strangers, explores the beauty of the countryside, and discovers deeper truths about their relationship, life, and personal growth.
