An Ajith Kumar movie has released in theaters worldwide after two whole years, and while the Vidaamuyarchi reviews are starting to hit, a video of the what the actor has been upto has also surfaced. Ajith is currently training for an upcoming car race with his team Ajith Kumar racing. The Tamil star was seen riding a Segway with his teammates Mathieu Detry and Fabian Duffieux.

Meanwhile in India, Ajith's family including actress wife Shalini, sister-in-law Shamlee, and daughter Anoushka, caught a Vidaamuyarchi first show at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai.

Vidaamuyarchi has also released in Telugu as Pattudala. The U/A censored movie with a runtime of 154.10 minutes, also stars Trisha, Arjun, Regina Cassandra, Aarav, among others. An official remake of Breakdown (1997), Vidaamuyarchi is written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Lyca Productions.
