Marking the auspicious occassion of Karthigai Deepam, and producer Arun Viswa's mother's birthday, the official announcement on Shanthi Talkies produced Chiyaan 63 (tentative title) was made on Friday. As previously reported, Chiyaan 63 will mark the first time collaboration between actor Vikram and writer, director Madonne Ashwin.

Chiyaan 63 is Shanthi Talkies' production no: 3 after Maaveeran starring Sivakarthikeyan, and actor Sidhdharth's 40th untitled movie with director Sri Ganesh. Chiyaan 63 is also director Madonne Ashwin's third movie after Maaveeran (2023), and Mandela (2021). 

An official announcement on Chiyaan 63 cast and crew is currently awaited.
